Activities, Sports, and Clubs

At Crefeld, every student takes part in Activities Period, held once a week on Friday afternoons. Activities provides opportunities for social interaction and for building teacher-student relationships. Students choose a new activity every three to four weeks. Some activities are offered only once, others repeat again and again. Some are led by teachers and some by students.

Crefeld has a coed basketball team that competes with other area schools during the winter season. There have also been soccer and running clubs. Sports are dependent on the active level of participation of our students due to the size of our community. Crefeld does provide physical education classes. PE classes range from a wide ranging general class to rock climbing on the school's rock wall to personal fitness.

Currently, Crefeld has two active Clubs: Glee and Perspectives. Clubs are student-led with staff guidance. Clubs meet either during lunch or after school.
